Practice Makes Perfect!

No motorcycle rider looks forward to making a U-turn or being stuck in stop-and-go traffic, but with some training and a little practice it can become less stressful!

On Sunday, April 21st, 2024 at 10:00am, Safety Officer Glen Post will conduct a Skills Practice in the parking lot of Thunderbird Harley Davidson.

Glen will share information from his years as a New Mexico State Motorcycle Training instructor and will demonstrate a number of riding skills. A closed course of cones and markers will be used to simulate riding conditions, and participants will have a chance to practice turns, stops, and maneuvers.

Participation will be at your own risk, and you will be required to sign a release form.
