
Ride Description
Departing Friday April 24th at 8am. Arrive with full tanks, empty bladders at 730am.
434 mile Ride. Leaving Thunderbird we’ll ride 77 miles to Marathon Roadrunner Travel Center in Lemitar, 82 miles to Williamsburg Marathon where they have a Fast Stop Mexican Grill with delicious premade burritos. 97 miles to Petro Travel Center in Deming for a quick lunch at the Iron Skillet. 93 miles to Bowie Travel Center Chevron in Bowie AZ with a birthplace of Rambo mural and then 81 miles to Tombstone.
Traveling through Bernalillo, Valencia, Socorro, Sierra, Dona Ana, Luna, Grant and Hidalgo NM Counties.
Friday evening we can all gather at Big Nose Kate’s Saloon for fun and festivities.
Stepping into Big Nose Kate’s Saloon is truly to step back in time. From its authentic 1880s bar and wood floors to live entertainment and period-clad employees, Big Nose Kate’s offers patrons an Old West experience every time they walk through the front door.
On Saturday we’ll depart at 9am for a photo op at Boothill Cemetery for the 15 for 26 Challenge Coin. No trip to Tombstone is complete without taking in the breathtaking ride up to the top of Mt Lemmon, the Southern most ski area in the continental US. The saguaro cactus should just be starting to bloom. At the top they have the Iron Door Restaurant and a free ride up the chairlift with your Iron Door meal receipt. https://www.skithelemmon.com/menu

There is also the option to ride to Bisbee for the Bisbee Breakfast Club.
Ride Plan
Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired. All riders and passengers must sign a release.
Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Turquoise Trail Chapter #2015 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy
Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Turquoise Trail Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
